Crow’s Nest • 1 BR Lewes Guest Apt – Bike to Beach

Lovely 1 bedroom apartment within a short drive to historical Lewes and local beaches. Loved the quiet neighborhood and tastefully decorated quiet enclave with a special touch by hosts Kate and Chris in welcoming guests to this quiet enclave “Crows Nest” right behind their own home.

We made a last minute decision to visit Lewes. This place couldn’t not have been easier to rent, communicate and check in. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend and Chris’ recommendation to visit the winery was great. We stopped by the Farmer’s market hosted there for sangrias and key lime pie.

Was an excellent stay, couldn’t ask for a better property or host. Positive: The location, the condition of the property, the communication with the host. Negative: Nothing

As a solo traveler (most of the time), I look for places like The Crow's Nest because this well-appointed apartment offered all the comforts I need in a compact and comfortable form. It's ideal for a couple, too, with its excellent location in a quiet neighborhood away from the busy beach-related bustle that was still only minutes away by car or bicycle. Moderate traffic and road construction aside, it was an easy ride to the nearby bike and pedestrian path that goes all the way to downtown and the beach. Most relaxing weekend I've ever spent in Lewes, a favorite destination since my childhood. If I were to choose to live here permanently (as a senior bachelor), this is the kind of apartment I'd look for, scarce as I know such a place would be. Top marks all around, with many thanks to hosts Chris and Kate.

Our stay was amazing! We loved it! Such a nice clean space and close to everything! We made dinner the first night there and the kitchen was perfect! Thank you!!
